What services are included in your swimming pool maintenance package?
We have basic and full pool maintenance monthly packages to suit your needs. Furthermore, we have ad hoc services such as one-time cleaning for handover or start up of neglected or previously closed pools.
How frequently do you service swimming pools?
It depends on many factors such as the size of the pool, the prevalence of debris such as leaves and dirt. As well as the usage frequency of the client’s pool. Do you offer customized maintenance plans?
Yes, we do as per explained above. There are cases where we do fortnightly (once every 2 weeks) services for private houses or penthouses pools that have low usage. This is to save on cost and to allow client to have maximum privacy.
Do you provide equipment maintenance and repairs?

Do you offer pool repair services?

What measures do you take to ensure water safety and quality?
Determining the appropriate dose and type of chlorine is the first of many steps. On top of that, the filter, pumps as well as other piping systems must be in decent working condition to achieve good water quality. Thus, it is important to stay on top of the servicing frequency.
Are you using dangerous chemicals?
Chemicals are only dangerous when misused. This includes using the wrong amount. The main chemicals that are used for the maintenance of pools are chlorine and/or salt and we take proper care when it comes to the dosage and storage of these chemicals to ensure safety for all.
